I had the following award booked for my honeymoon in October: EWR-FRA-BKK-FRA-EWR (all in first: UA GlobalFirst and TG First). Both UA TATL flights got equipment swapped to 2 cabin B767s, so I got downgraded to BF. Since my FRA-BKK and BKK-FRA flights are in F (TG A380), I've still got the pay the full F award price, but fly in BF on the TATL. Thanks United :-)
Make sure to check in at T-15 days for LH space. If you're willing to do JFK, you'll have even more option. Will be a big upgrade to your trip!
