Basically, if you can get into the left-hand lounge, go for it, but if it's closed, you have no choice. The exception being if you want to get some sleep/rest. But I certainly wouldn't pass up using any of the lounges if I needed a shower, or something light to eat just because it wasn't my favorite one.
