I'm on my way to SFO (why didn't I check this before leaving work...)

AC 565 SFO-YVR (upgraded) scheduled 1955-2212 delayed to 2125-2342
AC 182 YVR-YUL (upgraded) 2330-0717
AC 8963 YUL-YOW 0855-0936
AC 449 YOW-YYZ (upgraded) 1100-1205

United has UA 460 SFO-YVR 1930-2147. Should I ask to be moved to it? And if I go this route, is it reasonable to ask for J, since I had a confirmed upgrade?

Otherwise, there's an AC 198 YVR-YUL, but it only leaves 25 minutes later. Technically after my delayed arrival time, but even with NEXUS, that would be one hell of a sprint.

Or should I just wait until I get to YVR and deal with it there? My worries with this are (in order of importance):
1. I want my upgrades
2. I need a place to sleep if I miss the last flight out
3. I want to fly the route I have booked
