Looking to travel here for a special getaway with the girlfriend which will end with a ring, and was hoping for pointers on activities and splurging suggestions. I want to really make this a great week, and already have most points saved up for first class and stay between the hyatt free night certs and points.

Is the spa here good or should I look elsewhere?
What offsite or onsite activities were best?
Any couples experience? (Spa, dining, entertainment, etc)
Worth reserving a palapa in February?
