I received a ticket for speeding (+10 km) in Germany on my address in the Netherlands. The ticket came with a letter by the police asking me:
1. if I knew the driver and pass them the name, so they would register that person as the offender;

2. in case I did not know the driver on the photo or did not want to give away the name, they expected me to pay the fine of 35 euros.

Since the person in the picture was my wife, I decided to pay the fine and use the occasion to make some fun of her driving style.

I even thought of answering: I know this person, will not mention the name, but I will give her some severe slaps. Thought better of it since this kind of humour is seldom appreciated.
