Does anyone know the status of this now. I tried it last a couple weeks ago, now couldnt find anywhere on the Southwest site, so I called the SWA website help line and they had no idea what I was talking about after describing the thing in detail, she even asked around. I found the direct link on google and says down for 15 min for maintenance...
