I flew YYZ-LHR earlier this month. The flight to ZRH was leaving from the 1st gate in the hall. The GA made several announcements that they would not start boarding the flight until people moved back. By the time he made the 3rd announcement, he was just about yelling.

No one could even get through the crowd to get to the gates father down the hall. Boarding for my flight was delayed becasue of the ZRH boading.
