Any comments for me?

Ok, what about this for a recent stay.

Hotel was fairly quiet, so I think they bunched the rooms together. Woken about midnight by neighbours having a "party". Called down, member of staff came up quickly to be fair. Noise lessened (didn't stop but was ok). Woken again by other side about 3am, this went on for a while (15 mins?), and someone else rang down as hotel staff had words again.
In the morning electiricity/ power was off and on from about 7am- we left earlier than usual as a result. This affected the shower (pumped water), water, internet, lighting, and breakfast. It was on and off, and I think was an area issue rather than a hotel specific one.
It was mentioned to reception when we left, but they couldn't do a lot as there were no computers working. I followed this up with an email to the GM, stating my sleep had been disturbed and the hotel was a bit non- functional the following morning. I didn't blame, and it was friendly. I did ask what he might be able to do to put things right.
A number of days later, I have recieved a reply and an apology, (it took a follow up email), but my question is would it be reasonable to push for some points or similar? Nothing offered yet, although noted for a quieter room in future. It was not all directly the hotels fault, but if you pay for a room to sleep, shower, watch tv etc it was affected!
Any thoughts.
