Just boarding a flight to YYJ from YYZ at gate 44. Gate 43 is a departure to YVR at the same time. After witnessing the gong show the GAs had to deal with today from people flooding the podium, clogging the lines, crowding the gate in general - I have a totally new appreciation for their job. No wonder they get so frustrated and annoyed. I think we should all be thank ful they don't carry guns. I would have lost my mind a long time ago of I had to put up with this nonsense.
