Don't forget, per the T&Cs only Platinum and Diamond Medallions travelling on a VS flight and not already in UC will get access to clubhouses and when flying transatlantic only - so in reality the only clubhouse that may be affected is JFK, but with these restrictions that's not likely to be many since all those elites will want to keep flying on Delta to get their upgrades and keep their elite status etc.
