Seriously, damage will happen to _any_ case. I have had polycarbonate cases cracked/split, aluminium cases dent as well as even a Pelican case come out with deep gouges on the sides. Makes me cringe but I count my blessings when the contents are intact.
To the OP, I'm not sure how they would fix a "dent" in the corner of the polycarbonate case apart from replacing the entire thing. At least that's my experience.
