So someone willing to fly 12 hours in coach to save his company, country or family money or for other reasons is too dumb to run an airline? Seems like an amusing claim given the fundamental definiciency upon which it rests.

By the way, he has been in DL business class seats on long-haul flights (including for leisure travel) where DL elites with systemwide upgrades lost the gamble that comes with playing the DL upgrade lottery.
