For non churners...are there still many denials due to no US status? If yes, does today's 10k (or 5k) referrals for a 30k offer (screw the 10k extra for balance transfer) PLUS annual fee make it the best offer available?

The link in post #1 worked for me on June 20, but I initially got a denial letter due to too many recent apps. I called the phone # and the credit analyst said I had an app in March (but it was > 3 months ago), so he went ahead and got a credit report and approved me.
Others with no recent Barclays apps have sailed right through using this link.
