AMEX seems funky. Usually, I don't have to make min payments for my Rewards to be updated and credited to the Reward Dollars. But, I've heard countless posts you have to make min payments in order for the Rewards to be updated & credited...I experienced it once. I'd go ahead make a min payment for the statement you just got.
It's paid in full, or atleast a payment was submitted for it. On the last page of the statement is does state "Remember to pay at least the Minimum Payment Due, by the Payment Due Date, to be eligible to earn or redeem reward dollars and to avoid
late fees."
It's weird because the Payment Summary shows it as paid, heck even my bank account shows it as deducted, but it's not reflected in my outstanding balance, looks as though it's not paid.
