+1 in waiting for statement to be available.
Points post to online account a couple of days after statement is generated. Statement points and available points are always different for me as I always request statement credits as soon as they are available, wait a couple of days for those credits post to my account and then pay the net balance. This throws off the timing of total available points printed on the statement versus those really available by one month of points activity.
