To cancel you would need to go through the TA that booked the ticket, and that will no doubt go back to the company that paid for the ticket.
If you want someone to join you on your trip, perhaps ask your company if you can pay for their share, or if they will pay for part of it.
does cancel mean , canceling the existing reservation for the paid ticket number ? right ? but not the return of the money to payer ?
so if I can cancel this existing reservation for the ticket without TA, can I make the rest with airline ? ( I know that no definitive answer buy from exprience)
but by this way, will paid money stay as a credit at my ticket ?
well I am not willing to buy any ticket to someone else. it will be for myself.
