As a RA booked Superior Sea View King, was "upgraded" to Club Sea View King WITHOUT Lounge Access


Long conversation with the duty manager didn't lead anywhere. Despite the quoting of Priority Club Terms and Conditions - "When club room is given, club lounge access must also be given", the manager insisted that Tokyo hotels are not following this and no club lounge access was granted.

The most frustrating and annoying is that the Yokohama IC duty manager said it was the decision of the former General Manager of Tokyo ICs (who is no longer in this position in this area).
