"Sweet treats from customers. Customers are showing their support for Air Canada’s employees during the restructuring by presenting them with cookies and chocolates. One agent in Calgary received a box of chocolates last week from a customer who wished employees the best. Similar stories have been heard from Vancouver. And in Edmonton, one customer brought home-made cookies for the staff at the airport. It’s gestures like these that make all the difference."
