They told me I could join the ticket queue and when I reached the front, I could arrange for a refund. Even with a queue that isn't very long, this is not something I would seriously consider given the increased probability that it would cause me to miss my TATL flight.

I just filed a "contact us" report on their website asking for a refund, but then I am an eternal optimist sometimes.
