They will be using all 3 bridges to deplane as the new gates are designed to handle this with 2 level sterile area that are funneled down to a bank the escalators to Immigration.

The Immigration and Customs area did not change (they are in the basement level of the LEGO brick look alike square building in front of the clam shell roof) so in theory, the arrival process is the same once you leave the concourse/gate area. The big pay off is in the departure experience... new concourse waiting area, new mall, new air side food court (despite lack of decent Asian and Mexican food), and new VIP lounges.
