Few questions, I need some help with.

I was panning in getting the Nex/Suica deal, but now I'm a little hesitant. Here's why, I'm staying in Shinjuku and my plans are to go to Nagashima spaland(Kuwana Sta), Fuji Q Highlands (fujikyu Highland Sta) and Edo Wonderland(Around Nikko). Also I know I can't use the pass on a certin line going to Kuwana(but there are others) and I also belive that Fuji Q has a shuttle bus from Shinjuku, but I would take the train since I wouldn't have to pay more for the bus.

So with those trips, I looked on http://www.hyperdia.com/en/ and found some prices that look like it wouldn't be worth the JR pass, but I can't figure out if the prices I'm getting are one way or round trip. Could someone please help me with that? So if I get a price of 10,900Y is that the one way or round trip price?

Also, if I get the JR pass, I'm guessing that it wouldn't be worth getting the Nex/Suica deal also? So I should get a Suica pass at a later time?
