Flew back from MAD last week and boarding was a complete shambles.

The gate area was too small for the number of pax so they wouldn't let anyone in until most of those inside had boarded. So all those who'd been in the lounge until boarding announced were held back until last.

There was a lot of general harrumphing but very little obvious DYKWIA

Nice lounge, by the way.
