Putting aside the reasonable comment about foxes being in charge of the hen house (and I assume this is in reference to SMS and the like), pray tell me what you think is a reasonable accident rate.
As for my so-called gibberish, it was a quick attempt to show that accident rates are within spitting distance of the range of what is determined (by regulatory agencies) to be reasonable. You always want to do better, but it is a law of diminishing results, hence my response to canadiancow.
