In reading the OP's experience, I wasn't thinking so much about pax using their iPads on landing etc, but what other safety routines were the crew ignoring? Just how unsafe was the flight because of the crew's ignorance of, or ignoring, standard safety procedures? These aren't optional, at the discretion of the SD. They are mandatory.

I would urge the OP to put their observations in writing to senior management - bypassing the silly 'feedback' system if you can, to get the attention of AC. I hope an investigation would see that crew retrained before they serve on another craft.

If AC's 'culture' allows such an attitude in the cabin crew, do you then wonder if it extends to the cockpit too?
I totally agree.

Another point I didn't see raised: when managing security/potential emergencies, the crew (both flight deck and cabin) can NOT deal with individuals. We become a herd in an emergency situation (even mixing Y and J ). There can be no flexibility nor exceptions. Thus, I'm all for seatbelts, stowed items/luggage/monitors and especially bags under seats being pushed all the way, because when they are not, or too big, thus sticking out, they impair my (your) exit. The latter being my pet peeve...
