The security seems to be reserved for passengers arriving at the C-gates. In any case I've never seen anyone in there, so even if you have to go through there it's not going to take more than a minute. One hour should be ample for this.
I checked again on departure today. Indeed, normally arriving at the A gates and the B gates, you can just go up the stairs. Arriving C or F(rance) and sometimes A or B bus, this will involve a security check.
