Just to be exact, Airport Limo cost to KL City Center :

Kuala Lumpur City MYR199.80(Luxury) MYR102.10(Premier) MYR74.30(Budget)

Other city or places pricing can be seen at Airport Limo

Recently, meter taxi are allowed to take passenger at Level 1. Normally this taxi are using small car and when you are using meter, sometimes it can be higher than taking Limo.
