Slightly off topic, but the crew here may either know the answer, or point me in the right direction.

Crew in the UK are governed by CAP371 I think as to flight hours and rest time etc, but seemingly this may not apply to Russia. The Mrs as a few here know fly's for UN and is way in excess of the Duty Hours in CAP371 and is not getting downtime periods with a night's sleep between flights either. She (and I) have not been able to find out if it does apply to Russian Crew, and if not, what does, as no Google search in English or Yandex in Russian finds any link.

Does anyone know, A if CAP371 applies, or B what does apply.

Second part, is flying a 747 full with a cabin crew of 7 on a LH flight to Thailand, Cuba and Punta Carna legal?
