Some are 6 (e.g. Fubon, CCB). The others are 12 for now.
In any case I do seriously recommend you locate the former cardholder ineligible term and read it out loud before signing on the dotted line. Do not rely on generalisations to cut corners.
BTW some apply to the supplementary cardholders too (again e.g. Fubon).
