KLM once used to be a very good airline, the crew now are old and some are overweight. The wear and tear is evident. We flew in J from SIN to DPS, it seems that the crew forced themselves to smile, they all looked so tired.

Then on our way back from DPS we had more old crew and especially one young one but she had attitude, would snap at you when ever you asked a question. Not nice at all.

Oh well, this was only to try KLM from SIN to DPS, as my first few flights with them were 20 years ago.
