Please see post #10 (and #15) regarding Motorola's classic flips - Motorola KRZ1 or Motorola V3

You wil find them FRU or in near new conditions on eBay, Amazon & cellhut dot com for $40 to $60 shipped, GSM ones should all be quadband & if not already unlocked, easily unlocked cheaply as DIY - perfect for worldwide use. With an extended hi-capacity battery, it will standby for a week or longer with light to moderate usage - Mobile Browser is WAP 2.0 and no data plan required or needed as it is GPRS/Edge or 2G speed only.

Yulp and I assumed yours are still in working conditions. Mine is 6 to 8 years old, battery still holding a decent charge & plenty of inexpensive OEM accessories to go with it. Both the V3 and KRZ1 in protective leather flip case or silicone covered, dropped a # of times and remained a work horse for emergencies - still keep one in my car for 911 emergencies.
