Most good, playable, harps cost considerably more than $300, Dianne. The Harpsicle happens to be an exception, but it's made in the U.S., and not widely available outside of this country. The only harps in that price range one is likely to find in Dublin are what harpers refer to as "Pakistani harp-shaped objects" (such as those made by Mid-East Manufacturing)...very pretty, but pretty much useless as instruments.
