When GoBank says they have X number of free ATMs, do they mean
1) GoBank doesn't charge to use those ATMs, but the owner of the ATM might impose a fee? or
2) Neither GoBank nor the owner of the ATM imposes a fee. The withdrawal is completely free with the GoBank card.
Use ATM locator on the GB site. If you do so, (2) is what you get. I used it once @ CVS.
