I infrequently check my points from Hertz. Last week, I decided to. I had 0 points added for all of Feb, March, April, and most of May! (I rent a car every week). This coupled with their putrid CS, and IT issues with my company's travel tool, and Hertz's booking system have led me to FIRE Hertz!!
National did a status match, easily for me, to Executive Elite, and already I feel better! Hertz blows! A few co-workers, have already made the switch and love National. In one phone call with National, I got better CS than 20 with Hertz.
