"Thank you <and your employer> for your business"
I haven't flown dear ol' DL in a couple months (as I've been dallying with another carrier lately) but this morning noticed that the check-in kiosk and the online check-in page thanked not only me, but also my employer for our business.
My ticket was booked by my employers travel agency, so I get how they'd be able to find that info somewhere in the ticket record, but hadn't noticed this before.
A little creepy maybe? When did this start happening?
I'm fascinated by what may come next... extra super thanks for buying higher fare buckets? No thanks for the lowly leisure fare traveler?
