I went maybe 14/15 years ago and it was quite the hoot -- was much more enjoyable than some of the other Pride festivals as it was confined to that downtown park & pavillion, and it wasn't overly huge. Now fast forward and I bet its probably stuffed with a lot more corporate sponsors and events, but the crowd was always very friendly & nice. It would be hard to compare a Milwaukee event to a Chicago event - that's like comparing a CRJ 200 cabin to an Airbus A380.
