I've gotten complimentary bottled water at Marriotts, Hyatts, and SPG. If there are no complimentary bottles in the room, there are almost always complimentary bottles in the lounge. I've had complimentary bottles in the room in both Marriotts and Hyatts - not always, but plenty of times.
