Thank you for the explanation. However, I after say that from I observed during my admittedly limited time spent in Texas, that one isn't enforced too often. Of course, most of the intoxicated folk I saw were arguing with their companions and not pilots, so perhaps law enforcement didn't have a reason to be interested.
