FlightAware can sometimes provide this info... Search for your flight, then click the Track Inbound Flight button. Not always right, though.
When it's wrong, it tends to be very obvious that it's wrong. Still, I like flightaware.
At small airports, you can sometimes use gate assignments to figure out which is the inbound flight for you.
I've had generally good experiences in asking DL agents in the SC but bad experiences in asking the GA.
