Oh well I called back again and after another 45 minutes on hold, me listening to hold music and them calling the help desk, they told me to call back tomorrow.

I doubt it will be better tomorrow, but I suppose at 740pm on a sunday no one that can help is there.

Interestingly, it still shows a 77W, with F fully booked and J about the same. Something is definitely fishy, and calling back tomorrow to get to the bottom of it is a good idea. But they really don't boot people when someone else wants to buy the seat...at least not that I've read of here
