My guess is that you will be able to make as many changes as you want in that phone call. I suspect it will be handled the same as the $90 change fee. You can make all the changes you want in one phone call for $90. What they are effectively doing is waiving the first $90 for SEs.

I have nothing to back this up. This is just my opinion.
