There are new VIP lounges (actually since late 2012) in some cities within Peru. The domestic terminals where you can find a "Caral VIP Lounge" are:
Lima, Iquitos, Piura, Chiclayo, Tarapoto, Pucallpa, Cajamarca, Trujillo. You can find pictures at

Arequipa has also a "Sala Misti" lounge; there's a "Sala Wayra" at Juliaca (Puno).
