But, if his aunt didn't want him to come, then why is anybody discussing the fact he missed his flight (other than to be happy he missed it)?

Why a thread about a "missed flight", when, in the end, he didn't want to be on the flight anyway???
And, when you talk to him, please try to figure out how he sat at the wrong gate (is he really THAT aloof), and also, how did he find out about the gate change from the GA, when the giant sign right behind her had the destination in giant letters).
