Today, I booked a one way BKK-YYZ reward (back up ticket) just in case my $245 RGN-YUL biz class ticket gets cancelled (I received an unnerving call from TL yesterday even though ticket looks fine on line). If TL ticket stays good, I can cancel the insurance ticket for free. ^ Oh and the taxes on this TG/LH ticket were $77.

** Should clarify that this is now changing. All changes/cancellations remain free for 1K and Plat members. But there will be a $25-100 fee for lower tier members.
