No, this is a "third-party" booking site, will not count as a stay.

But your post indicates making the booking on the HHonors web-site, like a Travelzoo corporate number? If you are able to book on the HHonors web-site, then the stay should count...now you have me second guessing myself. I still believe the answer is no.
