On flights other than the 787, their seat width can be 16" with a pitch of 31"-32". Flying ANA in economy is horrible. I would rather be in E- on UA.
NH's 77W (which used for every long haul route other than LAX-HND) is also 34", even the new 763 (the ones with winglets) have improved seat pitch and seat width.
