You underestimate how discerning someone can become when they have consumed a particular brand of some particular item for 30 or 40 years.

And, you do not need a 30 year history with a particular product when the difference is so night and day... as is the case with craft-brewed ales and the industrial pils now being served as "complementary" in the clubs. Actually, for that matter, some of the Luxury Bar pils fall into the industrial category.

[And, you only need to change one letter in "pils" to get... no need to finish. ]
