Actually, I spent 20 minutes on the phone with with a DL rep, discussing this matter. The DL rep called me, and the opportunity was facilitated by my complaint to an AMEX executive.
Now, if you seek to make a distinction between
being listened to and
being heard, then I would have to concede that I have no way of knowing the outcome of the discussion.
I understand your point in a later thread about the need for larger numbers of complaints. At the same time, I hope that an individual complaint carries more weight when that compliant is routed through AMEX, Delta's Daddy Warbucks.
