85 always but a hot breezy sunny 85. It might rain once a day but this is a fantastic property! We had the family suite, with our baby twins and 3 year old. 2 rooms would be needed. The complaint above talks about a crowded beach, which yes it does get crowded, we usually go off season, but I have also been there when its crowded. The water is usually clear but lately I have noticed a bit of dirtiness. Nothing too bad.
I love this place in general, but it does get crowded, but the grounds are fantastic here and it makes it worth it.
