But, I can understand how frustrating it must be to be in such a minority situation here.

Are you showing confusion over being directly mentioned (FWIW: I used an acronym) to deflect from the mention of your poor reputation?

FWIW: I'm in agreement that the booze switch was a bad decision. However, that fact that I've chosen to show that by reaching out to DL execs, using the TTU complaint, filing a DOT complaint and telling AMEX of my displeasure vs repeating cheeky disses at DL over and over again in this thread as you have done shows we have the same dislike of the change, but different tactics. @:-)
