T3 security becomes even more silly

I thought I would update this thread with my most recent experience through LHR T3. On Friday I was passing through T3 Fast Track security with my Muji bag, fully compliant and sealable, which had passed muster on at least 4 previous occasions. This time I was told categorically that I had to use the plastic bag supplied at T3 security, and I had to decant all my liquids into the flimsy plastic bag supplied.
I was also subject to a secondary check so took the opportunity to ask why my bag, which met DFT requirements, was being refused. The answer astounded me.

I quote what the agent told me:
Too many passengers are complaining when they see other types of plastic bags being accepted through security, claiming that someone else has a bigger bag than theirs, and so to stop the complaints and in response to passenger requests, T3 security will now only accept the use of their own bags.
This is beyond a joke. I think they just try to come up with new methods to annoy and frustrate passengers on a weekly basis.
I would be very interested to hear if anyone else has experienced this in recent days?

And I will add that the T3 experience, with the long wait in the pen at Gate 24 and the bus to the aircraft, was bad enough before. The posturing jobsworths at T3 security are seriously making me consider an alternative route for my twice monthly OTP trips. I have already re-qualified for Gold so don't need the TP. Bugger the food in the lounge, take it all away and give me a smooth transit through the airport instead
